REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.  If an item is delivered in error or is damaged upon delivery, customer can return item for store credit only. We offer exchanges if the exchange request is made within 5 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees to ship the item back. Upon receipt of your return, we will  then issue a discount code for you to purchase the new item. 

Accessories including jewelry, handbags, hair accessories, belts, & sunglasses and earrings are FINAL SALE. They are NOT eligible for exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There are NO CANCELLATIONS and NO REFUNDS. Once and order has been placed on our site, we will not be able to make changes to your order.
