Order Processing Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Our orders are shipped from our various offices worldwide so shipping times may vary. We will always try our best to ship from the location closest to your delivery address. Orders typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days. Once your order is dispatched, shipping times are outside of our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their country upon delivery. Sandy Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@sandycoffee.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sandycoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
